We are slammed with information constantly. It is hard to research everything to see if it is fact or not. God is pressing on my heart to treat information like it is a keto serving of learning. Get rid of the over processed stuff and go back to the foundational level of receiving knowledge.

1 Corinthians 1:18-25 warns us that pride will put our focus on our flesh instead of our hearts being focused on God. The enemy will try to distort reality in order to trick us into a prison of guilt, shame and fear. We must check ourselves before we wreck ourselves.
