Happy 4th of July! During the holidays, we are reminded that it is a difficult time for anyone in recovery. Do we really think about this outside of Christmas and Thanksgiving? If you are struggling with trauma response, it is ok to ask for help!

In recovery, we have sponsors and accountability partners. If we are going to be honest, this is not just something for people who struggle with addiction. Accountability is Biblical! If we are really going to be honest then we are all in recovery (or should be in recovery) from this life of sin!
